What is Yurt Takip?
Yurt Takip is cloud-based management software for student dormitories, apartments and hostels. Registration, room planning, collections, leave, roll call, finance, SMS, online booking and a mobile app share one dashboard.
How long does setup take?
Your account opens the same day. We import your rooms, students and instalments together, and your team is up and running after one day of training.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on bed capacity, number of branches and the modules you choose. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send a quote the same day.
Is my data safe?
Connections are SSL-encrypted, data is backed up regularly, every user only sees the screens they are allowed to, and every action is logged.
Can I move over from Excel?
Yes. We import your existing Excel lists or data from your old software during setup.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Screens are simple; anyone who uses a smartphone learns quickly. Whenever you get stuck, support is a WhatsApp message away.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. There are iOS and Android apps for students, guardians and managers.
How do online room sales work?
A booking form is added to your website; availability is read live from the room plan and payments and approvals land in your dashboard.

Does Yurt Takip work offline?
Yurt Takip is cloud-based and runs on any device with an internet connection. Your data is stored on secure servers and backed up regularly.
Can I manage several branches from one account?
Yes. Each branch is set up separately and authorised users see all branches from one dashboard.
Which devices are supported?
It works in browsers on computers, tablets and phones, and in the mobile app.
Student management
Can I import my student list from Excel?
Yes. We import your Excel list together during setup.
Can students see their own details?
Students sign in to the mobile app to see their payments, leaves and announcements.
How is personal data protected?
Staff only see the screens they are allowed to, connections are encrypted and every action is logged.
Payments and instalments
Are reminders sent automatically?
Yes. On the due date and when a payment is late, students and guardians get an SMS; you choose the wording.
Can I take partial payments?
Yes. Partial payments are tracked and the remaining amount stays on the instalment.
Can students pay online?
With a virtual POS integration students pay by card; talk to us about setup.
Room and bed plan
Can I define my own room types?
Yes. Add single, double, triple, quad or custom types such as 2+1.
Can I add room photos?
Yes. The photo appears on the room card and in online booking.
Smart roommate matching
Can I turn matching off?
Yes. Automatic matching is optional; staff can do all placements manually.
Which traits are compared?
Sleep time, study habits, smoking, tidiness and interests; we can tailor the questions to your dorm.
Online booking and room sales
What if I don’t have a website?
We give you a dedicated booking page you can share on social media and WhatsApp.
Can a bed be sold twice?
No. Availability is read live from the room plan and a sold bed disappears from the list.
Finance and bookkeeping
Can my accountant access the data?
Yes. Create a user for your accountant who only sees the finance screens.
Which e-Invoice provider is supported?
Uyumsoft is ready today; talk to us about other providers.
Leave and roll call
Can I see past roll calls?
Yes. Every roll call is stored by season and date.
Facility, services and bookings
Can I charge for services?
Yes. Paid services can be linked to income entries.
Announcements and SMS
Is an SMS package included?
SMS is sent through a partner operator; the package is set in your quote.

Where does the chatbot run?
